Whether your event is a small one room conference, a musical event at a house of worship, a play in a theatre or gymnasium, a concert in an auditorium or stadium, a multi-site campus-wide broadcast, or a multi-site remote broadcast event, we've got you covered.
Pre-Engineering
Our team works with your team and the venue to fully understand the technical requirements for your event. This includes conducting site surveys, power and rigging assessments, and inspecting the lighting and acoustical properties of the event space. Once these parameters are understood, the correct systems can be specified.
Design
We specify the right audio, video, lighting, rigging and electrical equipment you need for the event talent to be seen and heard clearly. We pre-determine optimal placement of equipment, and ideal cable paths for a more efficient set up. We are able to provide drawings and pre-renderings as needed.
Set Up & Strike
We arrange transport, load in, safely rig, drop power, set up the equipment, program and test it so it's ready to go when you need it. We also work with union crews if necessary to ensure a quick and efficient set up.
When the event is complete we'll handle the strike and load out as well.
Pre-Production
We work with your team and talent to get everything set just right for your event. Soundchecks, aiming lights, testing graphics, color balancing cameras, testing broadcast feeds, we get the equipment and personnel set so you're ready to go at start time.
Production
We can provide skilled managers, directors, engineers, technicians and operators to give your event a professional finish.
If you have your own equipment and logistics handled but need a professional touch, we can also provide the personnel you need to level up the quality of your event.
Equipment Rental
We have a variety of audio, video, lighting and rigging equipment available for rent, from line arrays to large format projectors. If we don't have it, we can get it.
