Whether your facility is a small conference board room, a theatre, a multi-purpose hall, a gymnasium, a house of worship, a stadium, or even a campus-wide system integration, we can guide you through the entire process from design to first use.
We can provide a full service experience, or come alongside you at whatever stage you need help. For example if you just need a design, we can piece that out for you, or if you just need to purchase some equipment, we can do that too. For the best end user experience we recommend our full service design and installation package.
We work with you to design the system you want. We look at the functionality you desire and specify the equipment you need to accomplish your goals. We handle audio, video, lighting, acoustical treatment and, as a certified C10 electrical contractor, we can specify your electrical needs as well.
Unless you have an unlimited budget, the system you want may require compromises. We walk you through the process and discuss options with you so you can make informed decisions on how you want to proceed.
Our design services include but are not limited to:
- acoustical modelling, to determine the best speakers, the correct location, and if acoustical treatment is needed
- video wall or projector electrical needs analysis, to determine where and if electrical outlets are required
- lighting renderings, to ensure appropriate light levels in the correct locations
- lighting electrical needs analysis, to determine if additional electrical outlets are requried
- signal path analysis, to determine physical signal paths between equipment
- RF analysis, to ensure equipment is operating on the best frequencies in your environment

We have a selection of rental equipment available for temporary use during installation if necessary.
We train you and your team on the newly installed system. We can train a few key people, or we can train your entire team.
We take the time to listen and answer questions about systems operation. We want to ensure the team feels confident and as comfortable as possible in using the new equipment.
Installed system training is included in our installation package.

We greatly value our relationships, and as such we stand behind our products and our labor. We work with you and the manufacturer to fix issues as quickly as possible.
In the event of mission critical equipment failure, we have a pool of rental equipment available. Depending on the warranty status of the failed equipment, rental equipment may be provided free of charge or at a discounted rate. If the failed equipment is out of warranty, substitute equipment may be rented from us.

Equipment Rental
We have a variety of audio, video, lighting and rigging equipment available for rent, from line arrays to large format projectors. If we don't have it, we can get it.
